Large Orders
Please note that when exceeding weight limits, large orders may be delivered via pallet.

Which couriers do you use?
We use a variety of different couriers such as Evri, Yodel, DPD, Walkers, Tuffnells, and more to get your items to you in the safest and fastest time possible. Depending on the time of day, the weight and quantity of items in your order will determine which courier we use to dispatch your parcel. You’ll get an email or text message from the courier to let you know when your order is on its way.
How can I track my order?
You can keep an eye on the delivery of your order in a number of ways:
- If you’re an account customer, through the Tracking Details page on your order history
- If you’re a guest customer, through the Track Your Order page using your Order Number and Postcode
- By using the tracking information sent to you on email or text by the courier
What happens if I miss the courier?
Not a problem. Sometimes it's tricky when ordering online because you might already have other plans when the courier comes to deliver your parcel. If you can't wait in, don’t worry. We use a variety of different carriers such as Evri, Yodel, DPD and more to get your items to you in the safest and fastest time possible. If you’re not home when the courier arrives they will leave a card letting you know which of the following actions they’ve taken:
- Leave your order with a neighbour – They’ll let you know which one they left it with
- Leave your order in a safe place – The card will tell you where they’ve left your parcel
My order hasn't arrived when I expected it to
98.7% of orders are delivered on time. Please note that large orders may be split into multiple parcels that may not arrive at the same time. In the unlikely event that it does not arrive when you expect then please call or email one of the Vivactive Customer Service team members within 48 hours of delivery.
The team will sort out the problem with minimum fuss. Our team are committed to helping you resolve any issues to the best of our abilities and striving our utmost to provide you with the next best solution, so you can get on with your lives.
Discreet Packaging
Age Co are aware of how important your privacy is when receiving your order. All parcels are discreetly packaged in either an unmarked box or a black bag. Any postage labels will have reference to our logistics partner, ChoiceShops Logistics so that you can be totally confident that the nature of the order is only known by you.
Legal Information
When you buy products from Age Co, delivery is included in the contract. Under the contract formed, Age Co will deliver the goods to a place specified by you, the customer. This might include your own address or address of a friend or relative. Although delivery is included in the contract, the delivery charge will be itemised on your invoice.
